Absolute terrible place. Service sucks. The people there are all gross lookin. Multiple times, 3, that I went there, I got hair in my food, paid for the wrong order, and my blizzard cup was all sticky. Never going here again. Worst service ever.

Stopped for a quick snack. My group had an Oreo blizzard, moolate, and a banana split.The blizzard was blended well and the worker even flipped it. The moolate was good but we had to ask twice for whipped topping. The banana split was made well and it was delicious.The prices are in my opinion quite high. Even so it was a nice treat for us. The staff was friendly. The service was acceptable.

I paid $6 for a Oreo hot cocoa blizzard that was all vanilla ice cream? The top had a few chunks of Oreo so I didn't think about it much when I grabbed it from the gal through the window. When I got home realized it was all just vanilla ice cream. How lazy, what a waste.

Ice cream machine wasn't working but staff was super about the holdup and gave us coupons for free sundaes in the future. Greatly appreciated. Rest of food was excellent as always.

Went through the drive thru and told them I wanted a number 5 with no onion or tomato and never received a drink or fries. I guess they assume you just want a burger. The guy at the window became defensive when ask where my drink was after I ordered two other meals. Disappointing Dairy Queen. The guy at the windows name was Chris. Not a people person and should NOT be taking orders if he doesn’t know how to do it appropriately.

You can expect to wait a minimum of 10-15 minutes passed any pick up time they tell you. And the associate spilled my blizzard onto her hand then scooped it back into the cup. DISGUSTING.

Too many kids clocked in and no Adults supervising. Got skipped over trying to order, was told we weren't close enough to the register even though we were standing against the counter. Management desperately needed on London Rd, Eau Claire Wisconsin. My family frequents here for ice cream as we live only a mile away. The customer service is so horrible and our ice cream comes completely melted. We’ve decided to stop going after tonight we received what looked like a glass of milk. I understand it is hard for the ice cream machine to keep up when it’s busy, but it’s every time we go.

The ice cream was good, but the restaurant was not very clean. They weren’t terribly busy at the time we stopped, but maybe there was a rush right before us?? A few workers standing around, so they should have been wiping down tables.Used the restroom and wish I wouldn’t have. It was bad. The small garbage can in the stall for women was overflowing - definitely hadn’t been emptied for days.

This store is under staffed for how busy it is. One female employee was very kind and friendly the evening of 8/6/23. The rest of the staff….not excellent. The store is filthy and disgusting. The ice cream is good and typical of Dairy Queen.
