Ice cream machine wasn't working but staff was super about the holdup and gave us coupons for free sundaes in the future. Greatly appreciated. Rest of food was excellent as always.
Too many kids clocked in and no Adults supervising. Got skipped over trying to order, was told we weren't close enough to the register even though we were standing against the counter. Management desperately needed on London Rd, Eau Claire Wisconsin. Stopped for a quick snack. My group had an Oreo blizzard, moolate, and a banana split.The blizzard was blended well and the worker even flipped it. The moolate was good but we had to ask twice for whipped topping. The banana split was made well and it was delicious.The prices are in my opinion quite high. Even so it was a nice treat for us. The staff was friendly. The service was acceptable.
