Tasteless disappointment. It’s gotta be a location thing because I’ve never had food this awful from other locations. I see from the reviews on google that the place is messy, unfortunately I did delivery because had I went in and saw it dirty I never would have even ordered.
if last night had been our first time at Fazoli's, we would never go back there. it had sounded so good, but it was all salt. Horrible! We had an Ultimate Sampler platter & a Spaghetti. Both went in our garbage. How disappointing! Ick Ick Ick! 🤢Unfortunately, we won't be back.
terrible time management from the kitchen. I ordered my food inside. nothing crazy, 2 submeals. I waited almost 40 minutes to get my food. I know drive thru is priority but I was traveling with a camper so that wasn't an option. people who ordered AFTER me got their food before me. the server (young girl red hair) was extremely nice. but you know something is wrong when you overhear her telling the kitchen staff that they had already made certain meals...
