I had a really busy week this past week, so I resorted to drive thru dinner. I personally love fazollis spaghetti, so much that I got it 3 different times this past week. The lady, tanya, who served me at the drive thru window each time, was a great example of how customer service should be! She was polite and patient each time I ordered. When I pulled up to the window, she greeted me with a smile and prompt service! It's a nice change of pace from how some restaurants...

We stop here every few months on our way through town to see our family - it is 2 hours from home so the timing doesn't always for for us to get a meal here. The restaurant service has changed some since we were last there but everyone was very responsive for our requests. The Food was REALLY hot and stayed that way throughout the meal. Everything was very tasty, I just wish they had my favorite = tortellini - still on the menu.

Decent food and good service makes this Fazoli’s a good place to stop. When we visited they were pretty busy for lunch but our food came out pretty quick. The lunch specials are a go to and we always enjoy the breadsticks that come with the lunch as always. Great location with plenty of parking.
