We were shocked when going to the drive through to be greeted by a "virtual assistant"..who then could NOT get our order correct so an employee had to take our order while the "virtual assistant " interrupted the entire time and talked over her. Then when we got to the window we had to redo everything because it wasn't right. Will definitely not be going back if you can't order from a real person!

Went through the drive-thru because I was in a hurry. All I ordered was a double burger, which was the special. I waited for my food for over 20 minutes and eventually just left without it. I was never acknowledged the entire time.

I found a fly melted into the cheese on my breakfast sandwich. I never go to Hardy’s and I’m never going back.
Chocolate shake was mostly whip cream and tasted like a vanilla shake. Frisco burger and fries were great. Service was also top notch.

Hardee's is terrible now. Char broil flavor has been gone for a few years and they just suck. I have went to 4 different Hardee's in Wisconsin and Minnesota in 4 months and they have convinced me to never go to Hardee's again.
