“We had the best experience there today (Eau Claire location) from the time that we walked in, we noticed the cook (Joe) was on top of everything. The food looked phenomenal from even at the counter. After that, the food was served personally by Joe, tasted delicious and had over the top presentation. Joe was friendly and had excellent customer service. He also made several rounds to provide extra breadsticks, even asked if we would like a container to carry them in without us even mentioning anything. He was taking on several roles there and was on top of everything. He made our experience the best we've ever had.“

“This is one of my favorite places to go to eat. The food is always amazing, the service is nice, and I love the atmosphere. Sure it can be a little expensive, but when you look at the experience you're getting, it is definitely worth it. Can't wait to come again.“

“Their food is absolutely delicious. Their staff is friendly and very accommodating. And it's just a cool place to be! We asked to be put by the fireplace because I was cold and they literally moved a table for us to be in front of the fireplace. Later they checked in about how we were doing temperature wise.

They even include 18% gratuity so tipping isn't expected. We had great service, so still added more.

My only complaint is they use Styrofoam boxes for leftovers.“

“I placed an advance lunch order for business purposes. The ordering process, confirmation phone call the day before, on-time delivery and perfectly accurate order were all fantastic. “Our waitress was fantastic & recommended the spicy ranch with the pickle cheese curds which was so good & the Philly calzone was delish & no joke was GIANT! My husband & I could've definitely split one, but we both had half a calzone left for lunch the next day. Great experience & we will definitely be back for another huge calzone!“
