We have appreciated Jess Scripts for about 2 decades - ever since our kids were in high school and part of the Medieval Dinner Theaters. It was such a great experience for our kids and something we were proud to invite friends to with the abundance of humor and anachronisms. Truly memorable events. Highly recommend!

Their writings swing from the deep and insightful to uproariously funny (even the horrible puns!). Seasoned and prolific, their material never fails to engage and they are just beginning to hit their stride.

The work of Jest Scripts is a celebration of that special brand of playwriting that has kept audiences captivated for centuries. Their work is lighthearted and punchy, and yet poignant and profound. With humor and connection for all ages, I have yet to attend a play that my family has not loved.

Since about 2012, Jest Scripts has been putting their plays on locally to raise money for local charities. I appreciate how they are giving back. Plus, all the plays I've seen that they've written were really funny. I have seen 4-5 of their plays and have thoroughly enjoyed them.

Jest Scripts is incredibly original and delightfully entertaining. My family never miss a chance to see a performance of Jest Scripts material. I look forward to every new script.

I've acted in a few plays written by these playwrights and I've never been disappointed. My favorite was called "Arrivals and Departures", a play poking fun at what it's like to deal with the airline industry and traveling in an airport. There were lines throughout the play that had me laughing backstage, no matter how many times I heard them. Would highly recommend Jest Scripts if you're looking for clever, hilarious dialogue and a fresh spin on what you normally see in the world of drama.

Jest Scripts plays are hilarious! The jokes are quick and funny to everyone in my family (from my granddaughter all the way through to my better half!). We find ourselves using quips and laughing at jokes months after the show! Jest Scripts provides a night of fun for friends and family alike that is different (dare I even say: "better!") than even the best of family game nights!

Love it! We recently attended the latest 'Sam Shovel: Private I.' Installment. Jim and Jane keep the audience on a rollercoaster of laughs with their cleverness and puns. I definit recommend Jest Scripts for the Word-Smith and the casual conversationalist alike.
