I came for the live music that was moved over from the park, I'm not much of a beer drinker but they gave me a couple of samples to see if I liked anything and the raspberry lemon shandy I liked
For me, vacations are anything but lazy.
When it was time to return to Eau Claire for some shenanigans with Matt and Tim, I knew this go around would need to have some brewery action despite Tim and Matt not being big drinkers. Wow! Long time European style brewery with good vibes and great beers. I did a week long brewery trip from South to North Wisconsin and caught Lazy Monk on the return. Glad I did! One of the most memorable breweries I hit. All of the beers I tried were delicious and well made. I certainly can’t say that for a lot of the other breweries. Overall the beers were very approachable and easy drinking with just an enough extra flavor for each particular type to stand out. Beautifully...
