Would never ever spend another dime here they are charging an 18% over on all tickets

They don’t pay their staff a living wage. Look at your bill next time you dine. 18% will be added as a living wage tax. They passed that on to the customers.

First time customer here. Excellent entree—Gorgonzola penne with peppers.Great staff!

Really wanted to like this place. The vibe was nice and the food was as expected.

The problem was the 18% living wage fee. Please just build this into your prices. I want your employees to be paid fairly but also don’t want to be left with an extra $20 in fees on our bill after we’ve eaten and still feel like we need to tip on top.

Honestly this tipping and fees is a big game where no one wins.

We absolutely love dining here for date night. It's a historic horse stable with lots of old charm and modern amenities. My favorite entrée is the salmon & rice pilaf. My husband loves the Bleu cheese steak. We've taken friends here and they always enjoy it, too. Unique place in downtown Eau Claire. Easy parking.

It was my first time here. The atmosphere really was right up my alley. Sort of homey and dark. Comfortable and a tad industrial. The servers and bartenders were all polite and friendly. The food and drinks were quality and not too expensive. The nachos were amazing. Wish I loved closer, I would totally be a regular.

The best mushroom and swiss burger I've had in a very long time, love the hint of rosemary. Great fries, good beer selection. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Good sweet tater tots.

Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate my wife's Alphagal food allergy.

The cheese curds and sweet potato tots were good, but the drinks were not great. The sangria tasted like cheap juice wine with frozen mashed fruit.
Dinner itself was pretty good - our group got a variety of things that were all enjoyable.

Vegetarian options: There are a few options, but it is limited.

They will over server you in hopes that you will pay a lot more then what it’s worth. Then call it a “living wage fee” hey pay your people what their worth and let the tips help them. This place is a joke.

Came in today and there wasn’t busy at all. I waited for 30mins and no one come to get an order. My friends came in 5 minutes after us and sit outside and they got foods already. So we decided to leave and the women said “ok no problem, have a good weekend”!! Great services that i have ever seen lmao!!

We enjoyed our food but did not appreciate the hidden “Living Wage Fee”. The Tip line should be removed from the receipt or they should be up front about the added fee. Unfortunately we also added a tip. Feeling confused and ripped off. Will not be dining there again.

Really nice cool restaurant. I got the fish and chips and it was not the greatest. But the rest of the restaurant was amazing.
