I had a great experience at Panera Bread today. The woman at the front counter who took my order was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She made the ordering process quick and pleasant, and her positive attitude really stood out.

I was a little skeptical about trying the black bean soup, but I decided to give it a chance — and it ended up being very good. I’m glad I tried it.

Our family went there we had sandwiches and soup . The service was fast and the food was very good. The place is very clean, nice atmosphere and very friendly people working there.

Food was good, service not. Place wasn’t even busy and they were struggling to move by. Might be because this Panera didn’t open that long ago, but some of the employees act like they need another round of training… I got the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt, with Broccoli Cheddar soup. Very tasty I do recommend that dish.
