This is my favorite Starbucks in Eau Claire! I order a grande hot mocha almond milk no whip and they make it better than any other Starbucks in Eau Claire. They are SO friendly in the drive up it always makes my mornings so much better and improves my day at work! Thank you for being so friendly always and for being fast and making amazing coffee.

First, the staff is always very friendly and the service is usually quite quick, which are great. But, my order is frequently wrong. I prefer this location as they are on my way to work and for whatever reason, they have the best chai out of all the locations around here that I've tried. But in the last few months since I've started keeping track, my drink is wrong over 50% of the time. And it's literally one simple modification (2 extra pumps of flavor) -nothing...
