I overheard racist customers asking the employee, they pulled up a race card and why am I dining even though I was a paying customer. The employee told them that I am stupid for no reason instead of deescalate the situation. She didn't apologize to me.

I went in hesitant because of all the reviews. Wanted to place a big order for a few friends of mine and this was the closest one. We had a sweet older lady she was superrr kind and helpful I believe her name was Denise she said that she was the manager. But honestly 10/10 definitely recommend, she was helpful kept clean and made beautiful sandwiches and got us out of there in a decent amount of time!

Food was good besides the churro tasting weird and undercooked and gooey. Service was pathetic. The lady working front counter looked absolutely dead inside and miserable. I walked in to take my order and she just stumbled boredly to the counter and mumbled “what can i get you?” in the most boring unenthusiastic tone possible. I said “I want a tuna footlong-“ and she just walked away and started making it before asking me if there’s anything else I want?? I think she said a total of like 12 words in the whole interaction. Very unenthusiastic and unwelcoming. Disappointed that what I’ve heard about subway customer service turned out to be true, this was one of my favorite places as a kid.

Typical subway, 'sandwich artists' are mostly approachable. My biggest gripe is that the salt shaker puts salt out wayyy too fast I definitely don't want a TBS of salt on my sub?.

Tried ordering online to get the buy one get one free special on sandwiches, but kept getting an error code. Tried multiple credit cards and still no luck. Downloaded the app and it kept saying the same thing. Called and asked the lady on the phone if they could just give me the same deal, but was kind of rude about it and said no. (Even admitted there’s been problems with the app lol). If I wanted to spend $20 on a couple sandwiches I’d buy local.
