The Joynt is the coolest bar on Water Street. It should be on the National Registry of Historic Places, too. I had the pleasure of meeting Odetta once when she was in Minneapolis promoting the Stillwater Jazz Festival and we talked about the Joynt, which she had played at a decade before.
Just a good feel bar where you can relax and be yourself
What a great bar!! Cheap beer. Nice atmosphere with a ton of historic decor and charm. Ted tending bar was super friendly, engaging and genuine. Love this place!

The venue is cash-only, with a relaxed vibe that allows dogs and features a unique barber chair by the door. With its stained glass windows, ceiling fans, and eclectic decor, The Joynt is a beloved spot that will either be loved or hated, but never forgotten.
