Ordered a chicken quesadilla a soft shell taco and a Baja blast. They forgot the taco. How complicated of an order is that for you to forget 1/3 items

I had put in an online order and when i got there, the entire store was shut down. there was an assistant manager from the clairemont store there and i had already paid for my order but because they had an emergency shut down, the young lady sent me over to her regular store, i told them what happened and they took excellent care of me, there was only two people working and i don't mind waiting on my food as long as i know what's going on, and they did apologize for the wait, plus gave me a coupon for a free taco for the inconvenience. very friendly and nice staff.

Waited for over an hour and a half to get a drive through order. Could see the staff just sitting down instead of caring that all the cars in drive-through have been stuck there for so long. Sooo many cars turned around and left but plenty of other cars literally couldn’t leave even if they wanted to. Unbelievably unacceptable.

Placed a mobile order and hopped into the drive thru. The lights were on and it showed it was open online. No one answered or responded at the order screen. Myself and 4 other cars backed out after wasting 20 minutes hoping for some sort of explanation.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell the service is embarrassing. No one in line and they still can’t take my order. Multiple times I show up at 9am when they are supposed to be open and they deny me service because they are not ready to open. Don’t waist your time here.
