The Taco Bell at Craig Rd location offers a variety of vegetarian options and is kid-friendly with easy wheelchair accessibility. Despite a temporary shutdown, the staff ensured the customer was taken care of, offering a free taco as a gesture of goodwill. The overall experience is positive, with friendly and accommodating staff making sure all needs are met, even in unexpected situations.
The restaurant is known for its classic dishes like the beef Meximelt, which can be recreated by ordering a cheese roll-up and adding beef and pico. Taco Bell's breakfast menu is also a customer favorite, with the AM Crunchwrap being a popular choice. The drive-thru service at this location is fast, and the restaurant maintains a clean and well-organized environment.
Customers have noted that the burritos may not be as full as at other Taco Bell locations, and there have been some concerns about changes to the value menu. However, the restaurant's dedicated staff and commitment to customer satisfaction continue to make it a local favorite.
