Pandan is a plant from southeast Asia also known as pandanus. It is used in many Asian cultures. It is similar to vanilla but with a more earthy tone. We use this extract in our pandan waffle. Mixed with three types of flour, and coconut milk this waffle will have a "Bubble" like consistency. Topped with vanilla ice cream, strawberry, chocolate, caramel, whipped cream, and strawberry popping boba. Or get the Pandan waffle by itself for 4.50.

Brought my husband for the first time and he loved the food. Got the Vietnamese Noodle bowl and Vietnamese coffee which brews at the table. I had the Temptasians. Bahn mi and shrimp rolls. Excellent. Friendly waitress answered questions. Will be back soon

Asked to sub fried tofu (for pork) on my banh mi sandwich to make it vegetarian. Was so good the kitchen decided to add it to their menu! The baguette bread was outstanding.
