We had an event scheduled and thought things were set as communicated ane agreed upon. Come the night of the event we were asked to leave the space early and not accommodated per the verbal agreement (after being pushed into a space that was not appropriate for the event as clearly described and requested in advance). Despite the fact that it was incorrectly planned and sold on tyeir part, the staff and manager refused to acknowledge the error or correct it.Will come again, but won't schedule a group. Come and have drinks and play games but if you want something more, buyer beware.

This place is awesome. I unfortunately didn't have much time to spend here as I was just passing through, but if I lived here again I would be here frequently.Kind and welcoming staff, great facilities, well designed hub for socializing, highly recommend!!

Fun, family friendly atmosphere. Many of the games are downstairs so we didn't feel too crowded upstairs. Easy to spend several hours there

I love this place. I go here often. I usually get a bacon and green olive pizza. Delicious flavors. Plus, the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

The food is always awesome. Great kids meal selection for a great price. The kids enjoyed playing a board game while waiting for food and then playing the arcade games after. The only reason it's 4/5 is because not all of the classic arcade games work perfectly. It is not a huge deal for me since they are all aging machines and I am guessing it takes a lot of time/effort/money to try to keep them all running.

Pb&j & wrap fantastic. Sliders very good. Fish lacked flavor. Service was slow for 11:15 and not too busy. Arcade games were ok, but not much variety.
Haven't tried the food yet, however I really love the 80's feel brings back the good old days

Went in on a Saturday afternoon. It was hectic, but it was definitely a lot of fun. I'm so glad Eau Claire has a place like this. We'll be back there soon! ?
