Staff are always so friendly and never make me feel pressure to hurry up and order. I’ve had great customer service from Victoria everytime! I had a wonderful tea recommendation from Victoria that is my new favorite.
My wife and I stayed in Eau Claire overnight and were delighted to find out there was a vegan-friendly cafe right at the hotel! the breakfast fajita is amazing!
coffee is delish, bums in the lobby that smell and dirty, big lady with glasses who works there or at the informalist had a feet phobia.. all in all great coffee!!

ECDC - Eau Claire Downtown Coffee offers a mixed dining experience. The hot food is described as amazing, and the staff provides a wonderful experience. The Northwoods Wrap is a delicious option, and the friendly staff is willing to fix any order mistakes. The atmosphere is pleasant, with nice seating by the fire and large windows letting in natural light, though the pricing may be considered slightly high. The coffee shop is attached to a large common area, so there is no problem finding seating. The baked goods can be surprisingly terrible, but the bakery items are always a hit. The matcha was really good, though the temperature was a bit cold due to the AC for the hotel guests. The coffee flavor and execution for the Aussie flat white were great, but the chai apple scone was underbaked and lacked chai spice. The BEC sandwich is a great brunch option, and the avocado toast is a good size. The coffee and smoothie were also enjoyed.
