Super impressed with the management at this location. I can't tell you how many places I go, staff ignore customers and have side conversations when they should be working. I approached the counter to return some BBQ packets and the manager immediately had her staff stop chatting and pay attention to me. This never happens anymore, so I truly appreciate when it does! Good job, EC Wendy's!
Fast food, good food..... busy location what a difference 5 years makes, Ice machine and soda dispensers are out of order with no repairs in near the future per the on duty manager. Menu boards not working. Ghost town..............
Food was as good as ever. Service seemed to be taking or filling one order at a time even though they weren't that busy. Messed up way to get to the location. Can't wait for the one to open locally...
