“Overall the atmosphere and service is very good, food is pretty good for the price. Soup selection is good from day to day. I really love the clam chowder and you get a soup or salad with most meals. You get plenty of food with your meal usually taking some home. Breakfast is very good as well with a good selection. Any place that serves country fried steak is a go to in my book.”

“Very accommodating with excellent service!! We were coming from about the hour away and had limited time to eat and get to a wrestling meet at the high school. I called on our way and they allowed us to call in our food order ahead of time and it was ready when we got there. We had a thick crust pizza, a western burger, and a chicken sandwich which were all cooked to perfection and very delicious! I would certainly recommend to everyone! Also had many games and arcade to keep children entertained 😁”

“Been a year since I’ve been able to stop for the Friday night fish fry and tonight the food was absolutely spot on. They were busy and my food still came out quickly. The bartender was on top of drinks and the perch and German potato salad were absolutely perfect. Still one of my favorite stops for an amazing bar burger too. Keep up the awesome work!!! “Turbo is amazing! I have been going to illusions for a while now and always wanted to try one of the sub sandwiches. Well tonight, I finally did! And man! Was it good!! Best sub sandwich that I ever had. I always said subway is my favorite, but my mind now has changed! Illusions is by far better. They use fresh bread and ingredients. Wow! Definition will be going back to get a sandwich!

Update (9/19/20): still the best sub around! I’m not sure what it is but the bread is so fresh and bouncy! If you ever stop by you neeeeeeed to order a sub sandwich!! It is immaculate! Also a side note: I also love their pizzas. I had one of those a few months back and it was so delicious!!! And turbo is so nice and knows our drink orders. “Pre ordered several Wednesday specials to go as we are very busy. Confirmed order with total. Friendly staff when orders were picked up. Meals were packed nicely with generous portions. Definitely will be ordering for pick up again. Love that they post weekly specials so we can plan out meals too!”

“Subway in Stratford is nothing shy of incredible! The 2 ladies working at the time treated my daughter with such respect, and dignity. When she asked for extra they just piled it on, and even offered more if she so desired. My sub was piled high with every veggie available! If you know subways it's hit or miss weather they will load your sub or not... This store definitely tries they're absolute best to keep customers happy, and returning. I'd drive 100 miles past a dozen subways just to come to this one ? my daughter is already asking to go back!”

“I bought a sausage mcmuffin with egg along with a coffee. The sandwich was neatly wrapped with correct label showing. The sandwich itself was stacked nicely with no burnt muffins, cheese was also evenly melted. Best sausage mcmuffin with egg that I've had in YEARS! These people care about presentation and quality. “Today I brought in a volleyball team of girls and forgot to call first, it was so overwhelming for the staff working on her own and then had angry customers coming in after us. Mandy was amazing, she was kind and patient and made our subs perfectly! She deserves a raise, credit, appreciation and all of the things!”
