My partner and I stopped by this location on a roadtrip and it just so happened to be my birthday. When I told this to Jay the cashier, they immediately offered a free drink AND a dozen donuts for free as well. They were so kind and lovely as was the rest of the team. I ordered through the app. Noticed there was a long line at the drive thru so went inside to get my order. There was just one older lady working today. She was hustling to get to everything and apologized to me. I felt so bad because she had zero help and you could tell she was desperately working hard/fast to get to everyone.
