2 of the 4 ranch they gave us were open and I couldn't use a gift card I got today because it's damaged and they couldn't type in the numbers. I also asked for barbecue sauce and idk if the person taking the order didn't hear or what because we didn't get

welp this will be last time we give this McDonalds a chance - such a great location off the highway between some long stretches without decent gas or food options but my goodness is the inside of this place ever open? is the drive through line ever faster that 20 minutes? Never had an issue with the food really, but don't plan on a quick trip through or a place for a bathroom break here.

The atmosphere was strange; the food was good. We stopped at this McDonald's on a trip to Chicago last year and ended up going somewhere else because the lobby was closed. We thought it was a one time thing, but while we were there this time (literally in the dining area) the lobby closed for no apparent reason around 1pm, and we only knew this because my wife tried to help someone with the door on the assumption the door wasn't working.
