We were really looking forward to dining there. The atmosphere was nice. The service, “Ken” was amazingly bad. Never asked if we wanted water, another drink, dessert,etc. Didn’t bring condiments we had asked for repeatedly, was truly horrible. We were in a great mood, he really didn’t meet our needs. We had reservations for the next night, were excited about the next night, but canceled our reservations based solely on the horrible service on the previous night. Wouldn’t go again.

I’ve been coming here since it opened. Great relaxed atmosphere and great view. Great place to have dinner and a drink to take in a sunset.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy drive up drop off and nearby handicapped parking
Some of the food was good and some was really bad. Prime rib was good. Fish was over cooked and scallop potatos were bland and dry. The comedy show was terrible. The only positive was a staff member that sang prior to the two comedians. The show was incredibly hard to sit through and people just wanted it to be over.

If you plan to have curry as a specialty it would be a good idea if the "chef" has tasted curry before. No seasoning, bland, not good. Also the turkey in a hot brown should be real turkey not lunch meat. Very disappointing. Server appeared not thrilled to be there, doing the absolute minimum she had to do. Again very disappointing.
The Carrington is a very relaxed and friendly restaurant. Ratings for: Staff: Excellent, very personable, knowledgeable; we had a lovely time talking with our waitress who was from Croatia. It made our time there very casual and relaxed. I cannot remember her name but she was lovely!! Food: Excellent!!! My husband had the Shrimp Scampi and he commented about the sauce and the fact that the tails were taken off the shrimp. I ordered the special which was Scallops in a pesto sauce with fettuccine. The sauce was incredible!! A very creamy pesto sauce that I never would have thought to combine!! View: We sat inside as I cannot stand bees buzzing about if I’m outside! But their outside seating was very scenic. Our view from inside was lovely with a view of the lake. Pricing: It’s a bit pricey, but we knew that going in: but we went during happy hour (4-5pm). I’m a wine drinker so I truly enjoyed knowing any wine I wanted was $2.00 off for happy hour! My husband enjoyed a couple of the amber ales, from a local brewery. Overall: Quiet atmosphere and nice staff! Would definitely go back!!! Hope you give it a try!!

Decided to treat ourselves to prime rib . We were not disappointed. It was very flavorful and melt in your mouth. Also had the French onion pountine. Also, very good. Our server, Lana was friendly and courteous. All of the staff were friendly.

Attended a wonderful wine pairing dinner with Carrington and Anchored Roots Winery. What a wonderful evening of beautiful food and wine, all so perfectly paired. By far some of the most complex food courses we've had in years.

Carrington's was a very very good meal. They had outside seating that overlooked the bay. We did not sit inside so I can't speak so much for that but this was the second time we've been here the meals are very good very high quality. Don't forget to like and smash that follow button LOL. I had the shrimp scampi unbelievable.

Excellent food although a bit pricey. Their cheese curds are not as good as others in Door County. The service is very good ,but the kitchen is quite slow.The steak was well cooked.Beautiful view of the Lake.Highly recommend.
