The Carrington is a very relaxed and friendly restaurant. Ratings for: Staff: Excellent, very personable, knowledgeable; we had a lovely time talking with our waitress who was from Croatia. It made our time there very casual and relaxed. I cannot remember her name but she was lovely!! Food: Excellent!!! My husband had the Shrimp Scampi and he commented about the sauce and the fact that the tails were taken off the shrimp. I ordered the special which was Scallops in a pesto sauce...read full review
