We had the crispy chicken tacos and the special which was carne asada topped with poblano pepper, corn, and the most amazing goat cheese sauce. All the food was absolutely delicious. The owners were very kind and personable. We would definitely recommend to people if you are in the Elkhart Lake area, Amasa Mexican Bakery and Eatery is a must try.

Incredible! Came to this cute little food truck for breakfast after a weekend at Road America and was impressed with everything we tried (Huevos Rancheros, Egg sandwich, Mexican coffee, elotes). Rivals anything I’ve had at upscale Mexican restaurants back home in Chicago. The patio is also super cute and festive. Can’t wait to come back next year.

I had a great brunch at amasa. The huevos rancheros were delicious and beautifully presented and i also got a guava pastry to go. There is shaded patio seating in a pleasant space with a cool mural. I went on a Saturday which was busy with the nearby farmers market but parking was still easy on the surrounding streets.
