Always enjoyed the smoked Atlantic Salmon when I would visit Door County. Now that I have moved from Wisconsin I enjoy the online purchasing. Just received my 5# box and have already eaten one portion. Absolutely the best smoked salmon I have ever had. So happy to have it to share over the holidays. Thank you for your consistent quality and prompt shipping.

The best smoked fish around! I loved their Canadian tullibee. It is worth the drive up there to get the fish.
