I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Washington Island Ferry crew. I arranged for a family friend to drop off a pair of expensive Oakley sunglasses along with two other items. She handed everything over to the ferry staff and even sent me a picture to confirm the drop-off.

A very well-oiled machine! Easy transaction for ticketing, on/off the Ferry, and friendly crew. It was an awesome experience for our kids!

Twice now, after delivering on the island I've rolled up to the ferry just as they were ready to leave. They dropped the ramp back down and got me on board. Need to bring the crew donuts next time
