A small, very small restaurant near the Fireworks. Later, for business reasons, I returned to Baldwin year after year. Phoenix has grown from that small place into a very prominent restaurant, now located north of I-94, with full-service dining, weddings, business meetings, and much more. Congratulations, because this is only achieved by having a vision and a goal, in addition to maintaining excellent service, a menu that caters to almost every palate, a good bar, and, I repeat, excellent service. With my experience as a restaurant connoisseur, both for work and pleasure, and as a chef, I would like to say that the hamburger was delicious. The onions and mushrooms were perfectly cooked, and the medium-rare beef was simply divine. The fried marshmallows were very good.
