“June 2023...a steak buffet for $16.99?!?!?! Who can complain!Service was great, salad bar was good, and the steaks were cooked perfect.It's an 8 oz sirloin. If anyone has complained about this buffet I suggest you go to the grocery store, buy it all, and cook it yourself!!! “Stopped in to eat, drink and watch the Badgers. Everyone should stop here at least once, it’s pretty good. Comfortable seating and viewing, but the screen had interference, so I took off 1/4 star. Huge impressive tap menu, see pic. They need a Czech style Pilsner though. Interesting selection of cocktails, with two mango type choices! Waitress was kind and attentive.Tasteful pictures and quotations displayed throughout the establishment. See pic. Shuggy sticks were good. See pic. “Great people and service. I know that the owner of this establishment likes to "keep it local". To me, that is a big deal. I patronize multiple locations in town and am a manager at one of such places. However, out of all of them in this category I have not yet found a location that makes you feel at home like Bobcats. The owner and staff are always pleased to take care of you. And I have seen first hand, (figuratively) bending over backwards to make people comfortable in their environment.“

“I had gone here several times with my sister, who lived near Baldwin. It was her favorite local place to eat. When she passed away last month, we all met at her house to get things squared away. At the end of the day, we decided to go to the Phoenix for supper. It was shortly after that when we decided to hold her celebration of life at their event center.I called Kristin, their event coordinator, and she explained our options for rooms, food, etc... She was very helpful and made sure we were considering everything we needed for our event. I felt confident going into the day, knowing at least our venue was ready. We had to bring our own flowers, centerpieces, and pastor, of course, but the Phoenix provided us with a beautiful room, comfortable seating and dining, a projector, screen and microphone, and delicious food afterward.I really can't say enough about how well we were treated and accommodated. It's not that we were super demanding, I don't think, but I really got the sense that they wanted this to be a memorable and stress-free experience, such as it was. Chelsea, our server/supervisor, did an amazing job of communicating with me when we needed more food ordered, and she ran the whole room by herself!Oh, and the prices were so reasonable for what we got. I doubt we will ever have an event here again, but I would highly recommend them because of what they did for us,“

“Good place to eat, burgers, quesadillas, fries, salads, and lots of good options for food. Good for pickup as well. Good service. They have a nice event hall adjacent to the restaurant, which is a great space. The event we attended was a wedding shower, perfect spot for that. The rooftop area is very nice to enjoy in the summertime.Parking: Parking in lot behind restaurant is helpful when really busy. There is a door in the back too.“

“The staff here is really friendly and the food is good.I went through the drive through few weeks ago, ordered a Patty melt, and found it was missing the meat. I went back in and explained the situation, they apologized (trainee on the grill), made me a new sandwich and gave me some custard, on the house.Unfortunately, they were so nice about it, I missed a golden opportunity for a Karen-style meltdown.“

“Cute and cozy. Drinks weren't overly priced. (The husband thought $5.75 for a beer was outrageous) I had the lenie chicken wrap. My husband had a burger. We added fries and onion rings because they don't come with the sandwich. The food took a while to get to us but we weren't in a hurry. The staff was friendly. I really wish I would have tried the homemade soup though.“
