Wonderful to see how it has grown since we were there 3 years ago. I hope you never lose the hometown hospitality that the place exudes. So happy for Meg and Mark - congrats in advance. Hadn’t been here in a few years, took a boat ride today and stopped for lunch. Quaint, clean, and with a very friendly bartender (who we found out is the manager).
Cold drinks, nice band to listen to (Jim and Nancy), and GREAT food!
Definitely will be on our rotation!”

I got the banana bread French toast and my friend got the skillet, both were delicious. We also got pie slices to go. Can’t wait to try a different kind next time!”

After showering us with delicious wine, Diane from Vines & Rushed Winery drove us herself to our car. Extremely blessed for her kindness, and highly recommend Vines & Rushes Winery!! ❤️”

“We had this bakery do catering for our wedding. The bakery did an amazing job with our cupcakes and cookies! Not only did everything look beautiful and fit perfectly with our wedding theme, but it tasted even better. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was. The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation was absolutely perfect. They were also wonderful to work with—easy communication, flexible, and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommend for any event!”

“Since coming across this fantastic deli recently I cannot recommend it enough! I literally go here twice a week for their made to order, sliced and diced fresh hot and cold subs.Karla is fantastic and her recommendations are always top notch. Ive had the made to order subs and her specialty subs. Italian (yum!!!) hot or cold will not disappoint nor will the bangin' deli dressing. The cold sliced roast beef with Colby longhorn cheddar is one of my favorites, don't forget the horseradish and pepper gourmaise! (ugh to die for). Not to mention there are 4 choices of baked breads to top it all off with. If the subs weren't enough it's an actual DELI. The deli salads are also great. The potato salad..delish.”

“Date night. We ended up waiting over an hour for a booth which was our own doing, we didn’t call ahead and there were two work parties occupying the dining room. The bartender (whom I assume was the owner), was very nice and kept us updated about status of seating. I had the 9 oz. tenderloin medallions and my husband had the ultimate tenderloin. We were both extremely pleased with our meals. I would definitely dine here again. The only reason I have 4 stars for atmosphere is because we dined in a booth by the bar and some patrons were loud and bit vulgar (not the bars fault, but just beware if dining with kids and sitting in a booth by the bar). All in all, definitely recommend calling ahead but even if you end up waiting, the food is worth it!”

“Finally made it to Wood-Eyes Bar & Grill last night for the first time in forever (honestly… since late middle school early high school years, I think I went more when I was with the salm family 😆). Amazing burgers, great fries, and the kids were totally mesmerized watching two young girls shooting their bows 🏹 — how cool is that?! Our youngest took a tumble, but a quick stop at the store to see the “old man puppy” instantly fixed everything 🐶❤️ Can’t wait to come back and try the wings! Also—huge thank you for keeping the music clean and family-friendly. It truly shows, and it matters. You guys are doing it right. 👏”

“Clems has the best pizza I’ve had in decades. I lived in Charlotte and ate a lot of different pizzas there and have never had a better pizza than at clems. There pizza has the perfect thickness of crust and there are tons of toppings on ever pizza. You will not find a better pizza anywhere in the US. You will not be disappointed.”
