Everything is fabulous but we travel the 7 hours for the pancakes. Wonderful people and wonderful food all day long. Get off the interstates and try places like this. You won't be disappointed.
We have stopped twice on our way to Madeline Island- wonderful food and service every time. Today we had prime rib and eggs- it came with hashbrowns and toast. It was like Brunch buffet on a platter! So good and the servers are always so friendly. We will be back next time we are in the area.
We are Up North for the week at our Cottage which is about 20 miles from Fifield off of Hwy. 70. We were just driving around and came across the Kountry Kafe by chance. We were happy to see that they were open, since it was Labor Day.
