Had reservations but never got to use them. Hubby dropped me off to go in to tell the hostess we couldn’t find a place to park and all she had to say was “ok” and quickly crossed our reservation off. No eye contact. We were very disappointed because we heard such great things about this place but if it’s anything like the hostess will pass.
Staff were awesome, atmosphere was excellent and the food was everything we heard it would be- phenomenal!!

A must visit restaurant for a romantic dinner. Classic Wisconsin supper club atmosphere, very friendly staff, and the food was sensational (worth every penny). You can try calling to make a reservation but when we arrived we put our name on the list and had great drinks at the bar before our table was ready. The steak with Gorgonzola butter is delicious and the fresh Friday fish special was amazing. Add this place to your list for your next weekend getaway.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of fish options if you’re pescatarian, plenty of pasta options if vegetarian.
Parking: Be sure to arrive early for your reservation or before your intended dinner time. The lot fills up quickly.

The staff is rather unpleasant. We stopped in to see if they had any availability as we last minute found ourselves in the area for dinner. We were not in any way pushy about it. The host (older male) was super condescending and made it seem like us being there without calling ahead was a major inconvenience despite having multiple openings in his book which he was adding us to. After he rudely shoved the buzzer at my mother, I said we will not be eating there as he was so
rude. There are many places with friendly staff close by. *our visit was in the middle of winter which is not their busy season, barely anyone was there and their book had very few reservations*
We called for a reservation and got lucky, filling a cancellation that had just called in. You do need a reservation! The very crowded bar area was filled with people waiting, or perhaps many just drinking. It appears to be the place to be! We got a lovely table in the back porch dining room. It was perfect. Service was prompt and nice. My only regret was ordering the prime rib rather than about 10 other items on the menu that looked delicious. It was a tasty dish but not as tender as I had expected. Maybe that’s my problem rather than theirs. But we enjoyed the dinner nevertheless.

Baked Brie- I'd recommend getting berries on the side- was a soggy mess. Beef filet was good. Lobster perfect! Great menu- I'll be back
Great service and a good old fashioned to start things off. It didn’t have that classic supper club feel but more of a nice restaurant vibe. Tables were stacked up, so it’s a popular spot. The shrimp tempura was just okay, but I had the roasted duck in cherry sauce. The duck was cooked perfectly—tender and all—but the chef was playing it a little too safe with the seasoning. Both my spouse and I felt our meals were lacking in flavor, even though they were cooked right. Definitely had to give the salt shaker a workout. Prices are typical for DC.

Love this restaurant but have been calling for 3 weeks to make a reservation. They NEVER answer the phone … it’s off the hook with a busy signal. How customer friendly is that? We are local & can’t even get them to answer the phone?
The food was absolutely phenomenal! Every entree was delicious and that tenderloin appetizer was out of this world! I had the chicken sophia and loved every bite! Our server was very sweet, attentive and friendly! Would definitely visit again!

Probably Door County's 'best' restaurant. Everything is prepared well. Steaks are good but exceptional are menu items including whitefish, blackened salmon, cherry sauce duck .. just everything. What a busy place!!! You always need a reservation even in winter months. This is a steady performer.
