My sister and I make an annual trip to Door County. This time, we discovered the fabulous Shiny Moon Cafe. The biscuits are amazing with a delightful, buttery, cheesy flavor. You can tell everything here is made with care. We enjoyed the scones. When we visited, they had lemon/blueberry and cherry/almond. I especially enjoyed the Mexican drip coffee with a splash of oat milk. The prices are beyond reasonable for such wholesome food. Our favorite was the classic breakfast sandwich....
I’m going to start with the positives! This is a really cute place, loved the artwork on the walls, and the general welcoming atmosphere! The service is friendly. It’s counter service, so you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Didn’t know this going in, but no big deal. It takes a bit for the food because they make the food fresh!
