Phenomenal. Got the heritage fries, pork ribs, pork tacos, and cornbread. The house gravy was a highlight, and pork ribs were amazing. Wait staff was super friendly as well. Will definitely be back.
My husband and I value delicious food, and we knew we wanted this to be highlighted at our wedding. Heritage catering did not disappoint!! We had so many of our guests share with us that this was by far the best food they had ever had at a wedding, and we absolutely agree!We had selected the braised pork shoulder, confit fjord trout, and mushroom and spinach gnocchi. First time buying from one of your pop up meat sales and couldn't be happier. The 20 pound variety box had a nice assortment and was a steal for the price! We added on some other things (ground beef, snack sticks, etc.). I'll be watching for future sales!
