“My office loves to order from Thai Noodles. They are always able to take an order for 12 people with a pickup in 90 min with no issue. I honestly cannot think of a time with any food issues. I have dined in a few times as well and no issues with that either. It is the only place I have found I actually enjoy tofu :) Highly recommend.“

“Absolutely terrific Tibetan Cuisine! In an atmosphere that is gentle and respectful. I live three hours away, was lucky to find it, and I guarantee I will be back! It doesn’t look romantic, but as I can attest from observing the couples enjoy their food, it is, from a culinary point of view, a romantic experience. Heck, I was alone and I felt the vibe!“

“Such a quaint restaurant with some of the best customer service in town. Kim anticipates all our needs and the owner, Mr. Ngo is so hard-working and warm. He remembers your order and is just such a nice man who is a people person, what every restaurateur should be. Right off the Beltline and really not that far from most parts of town. This is a quintessential Madison small business. We enjoyed the pho of course, as well as the pork vermicelli salad bun which was delicious!“

“Not the best photos I’ve taken but the flavor is truly there!!! Lovely place to eat when you’re craving a hot, steaming bowl of Chinese noodle soup.

We got the pickled cabbage broth one and the tomato broth one! For the appetizer, we got the sliced beef in Sichuan chili oil.

Service is always very nice and friendly as well. I’ve been here several times throughout my undergraduate years and always have my expectations met!“

“I am hooked on this place. They have the best, stuffed-with-so-much-filling crab rangoon, excellent pan-fried dumplings and the Dan Dan noodle is enough for 2 people or two meals. This is currently my favorite place to get food from while I am at work. I have yet to dine in, but once the weather warms up, I will stop in for sure.

UPDATE: I and a friend went to dine in. The Dan Dan noodles are, if possible, even better when served on site. My friend is vegan and they were easily able to accommodate this with her Pad Thai. One thing: because of their brisk carryout/delivery orders, it can be a bit drafty when the door opens and closes. Also, tables were a bit dirty and not wiped down or bussed. Someone should take more care with this as it would make the dining area far more appealing/welcoming/sanitary. We will be back for sure.“

“Keila was absolutely wonderful, and Sebastian was just as exceptional. I truly had an amazing experience at this facility. The staff is superb, attentive, and committed to excellent customer service.

Sebastian handled a situation for me quickly, calmly, and with complete professionalism. There was no confrontation, no stress—just efficient, thoughtful care. Kayla even remembered us from our visit a month ago, including what we ordered, which speaks volumes about the level of attention and hospitality they provide.

It is rare to find a team that not only serves well but genuinely recognizes and values their guests. I highly recommend this establishment for its outstanding service and remarkable staff.“

“We’ve always loved dining at Mekong for all the food & events such as Cornhole Night on Thursdays. Our favorites were the Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Wings, Sticky Rice & Chicken Feet. We were there today for their re-opening after being closed due to new owners & operations. Service was a bit rough though we understand that today was the first day. We were seated in the banquet hall side. I think that was a barrier itself due to all the waiters mostly being on the resturant side. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to come take our orders, we waved down the owner and told him we were ready. He graciously took our order. It took another 15-20 minute for the food to come which was just fine but due to having been there for almost 40 minutes now, our kids were getting restless. With a new cook, like the resturant had mentioned in their posts, the Pad Thai does not taste the same. I loved their Pad Thai previously but I will have to give it another try when we dine in again. Overall, we will be back! I’m glad they are open again. With time & training, I think the restaurant will find its rhythm.“

“A completely unexpected Gem.
We were provided service, an unheard of thing these days where your name is yelled across a room and you retrieve your meal.walking in I really did not expect my food to come to my table, better yet someone checked on my satisfaction levels and everything. Then to my surprise the plate vanished. They don't take themselves too seriously, but it's nice that type of place either. While the appearance may look like some of the food barkers, the overall experience is just better. .

I had the spicy teriyaki it was good, it had heat, I regret nothing, except may a bit of salt lacking. Will return.“

“This was my first time going to noodles & co and I was very pleasantly surprised! I thought this would be lower quality and more like fast food but both of our meals were great, with good portion size, and only a short wait. I would recommend this Noodles and Company!“

“We were passing through and my sister and brother in law suggested to meet here. Definitely WORTH it! We each had different Phoʻ...it was soooo good. I wish we had this back home. Atmosphere was great, plentiful space. 10 outta 10 recommend. I wish I would have took a picture“

“Bathroom and lobby not super clean areas but the staff was terrific and food was good. Again noodles has really gotten expensive and the quality isn't what it used to be. It is stupid for them to take very popular items off the menu. The mushroom or beef stroganoff needs to remain a permanent menu item. I am all for trying out new items seasonally but they are removing staple items from the menu to do it. Keep what is good. Bring the quality back up. Lower the prices a little.“

“Always feels so cold in that building. But the dumpling house is so worth it!! Couple dumplings are my favorite 😍 I got the beef last time. OMG glorious 😍 I always stop there when ever I am in Madison. No matter what. So good. I love the regular dumplings too. The chive and ? Pancake. So many good things. Gotta try it, you won't regret it! 😋😋😋😍😍😍“

“I went to N&C for my sister who has been sick and it was the end of the night. The rest was closing and all the food was gone but when I explained to Gino the manager he was understanding and offered to open more noodles for my sister to and make her some chicken noodle soup which is the only thing she could eat and he even discounted my order. Very nice young man. I was very happy with my service.“
