The manager, cashier and another associate where VERY nice and helpful to us and other customer on our visit today, making jokes, asking us if we wanted things changed to our order and making sure we got what we needed, service was amazing today!! The food was also amazing! I hadn’t heard amazing things about the steak and mozz sandwich, but they delivered on an amazing meal.

I’ve had a lot of inconsistent experiences at Panera, and I want to share both the highs and lows. I always order the same thing—mac and cheese—because it’s my favorite. Unfortunately, the quality isn’t always consistent. Sometimes, the texture is pasty, and the noodles are mushy, which can be disappointing, especially when I’ve driven 35 minutes from New Glarus to satisfy a craving.

HOWEVER, there’s one standout individual who has completely changed...

The service has always made it nice coming to this location. After ordering a dish they did not tell me they ran out of, they provided a substitute and even offered me an additional soup free of charge.
