I had an amazing experience with Bagelmeister thanks to Stacey! She helped me put together an order for my studio's upcoming ribbon-cutting ceremony, and she went above and beyond in every way. Even though I'm not a big coffee drinker myself, she provided fantastic recommendations for the coffee lovers attending, as well as the perfect selection of bagels. She even took into account potential allergies and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend...
Bummed that ordering online was a bit rough. They were out of the bagel that was posted as available online and thankfully I was able to answer their call about that, but I wasn't made aware that the toaster is temporarily broken so it was only able to be warmed, I probably would have changed my order to something else. I love this place, it's so good, I just hope the online ordering can be a bit more consistent so I can order during work.
