Order some traditional wings last week an got home with them an they were boneless I called right away I explained what I said an what was going on with the person taking my order I was in person to she kept telling me she didn't know what she was doing but got it an the manger took what I said an said nun I can do about it besides give u an coupon even tho I don't eat the boneless wings
So now I got this coupon that I have to spend 10 bucks just to get free wings like are you kidding me y'all said you going to give me a coupon to fix the mic up but yet have to pay for the mix up that happened like y'all just really like robbing people

The service is horrible. I sat down for 20 minutes and then got my drinks and didn’t even get to order but overall the food is great. Everything else is great but the service.

We had a group of nineteen that called ahead and was assured they could get us in. We were seated shortly after arriving and did not have to wait long for any food or drinks. The staff was very kind and attentive, despite being very busy! The manager personally worked with someone in our party with a lot of food allergies to help her get a meal she could eat. The food was good but the staff were amazing and really turned the night around for us! Most Buffalo Wild Wings locations are pretty standard, but the staff at this location went above and beyond, even when they were clearly busy!

I had ordered some wings and they were so dry and this has happened before where the cook had fried the wings again.. very disappointed there was only 1 wing that was normal and was as it should..I would be looking at the food before eating foe now on..

Good food. Accidentally spilled a drink and ended up cleaning it up ourselves even after a wait staff walked by... but other than that our waitress was attentive and nice!

Did not get any queso sauce with my fries that I payed for, and no ranch sauce with my carrots and brown celery. It was delivered and was told to hand to me. No door bell or knock and sitting outside for 5 minutes before I noticed it said delivered.

I used to eat here weekly but will not be coming back because they recently started charging for the ranch. I refuse to pay a dollar per small cup of ranch when I am already paying over a dollar a wing.
