I had the mushroom Swiss burger it had good flavor but way to much grease it was laying in the bottom of the basket the burger almost slipped out of hand I had to get more napkins didn't even eat all the fries were good and the service was great.

Went here on January 2nd 2025 for a dinner date with my boyfriend. We got there around 6pm we were seated immediately. We got seated where we waited for 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes 2 different tables were seated one had 5 people the other had 3. Both tables got their drinks and ordered their food, we still waited. We ended up just leaving.

I NOW REMEMBER WHY I DONT VISIT THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!!!! I stopped in New Years Day by myself with about 1hr 1/2 to burn. Figured I'd get 10 boneless wings and a soda and leave with plenty time left. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! 6 customers in the place i sit at the bar with 3 others. After 5 minutes of waiting with the bartender in front of me she responds after saying "excuse me" 3 times. Get my drink and menu minutes later. Set my menu down and said I was ready to order after she got done with the order next to me. She finally took my order 10 minutes later. My 10 boneless Honey BBQ order comes out 25 minutes later. I ask if I could please have some ranch as well. 15 minutes later, no ranch and I ask for my bill. I get that IMMEDIATELY. Left enough cash for my bill and a 3$ tip as well as 1/2 a drink and 8 of the 10 wings I ordered. I really don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but if I can save someone's day/mood, plus a negative experience of Buffalo Wild Wings i am willing to do it.

Went in not expecting much, just a bunless burger, they brought out the wrong burger, brought me another one eerily quick with some peppers, ordered wings togo, they were the size of a quarter each, wouldn't recommend this place, service was nice, cooks must be overworked and under paid...

Went to get take out, Stood at the desk forever when literally 5 people working had made eye contact with me and saw me standing there. Walked by multiple times, finally i went to go ask one of the waitresses who walked by me. Told her who i was and i was looking for my food. She went to go get it. Took a bit but it is what it is. Forgot my Wedges i called they refunded and NONE of my wings were labeled as to what sauce they were. So trying to pass out what different people ordered was ridiculous. When i called to ask about my wedges the manager on the phone said she can help me identify them....at that point it made no sense. Everyone was eating wings, and seems like no one actually got what they ordered because we couldn't tell a difference. What a disappointment. I wont be going or recommended them unless they can be truthful and honest and respectful.

Very rude and disrespectful. Food was cold and meat was dry wings were dry and tasted old. Macaroni tasted very old and stale. They said they would do a gift card when I went into the store they said I was losing about a gift card and said I was just trying to get free food. She continued to lie about the conversation, and she was very disrespectful and embarrassing.

At my last visit to bdub's my food was cold and when the Manager came out he told us it's normal for the food to be cold! Along with that almost refused to give me a new order because some of the order was eaten.
Parking: Had 3 big potholes and when told the staff about it said they couldn't do anything about it
