I stopped by around 9am and the worker was super friendly and quick with service, which was great. Unfortunately, the large hot white mocha I got just wasn’t good. It had no coffee taste at all and the flavor was really artificial. I ended up throwing it away when I got home, which was disappointing after paying $7.

I never had Caribou before they came to FDL but now it's one of my favorite coffee shops. I love their iced mochas. They are just so smooth and delicious. My kids like the cookies and cream drink and it's reasonably priced. The coffee beverages are pricey so I only get it as a treat from time to time. The app is great, the service is great, and pickup is easy.

I was there today around 4pm. One of my first few times here and never going back. I got talked down to because I asked for a frappe. Got told rudely that way they have are “coolers” she then pretended she couldn’t understand my accent thru the drive thru speaker when I asked if I should come to the window she rudely says ‘ if that’s better for you!’ Hmm… no tip for you and not going back. Plus their burrito is not fully cooked I think it was microwaved!? I couldn’t even eat it. And the chicken biscuit thing was SOOOO MUshy it was so gross even taking a bite! You can skip this one! You’re not missing anything!

It's good food at a reasonable price. However, sometimes the workers make mistakes at this location. For example: ordering a large drink but receiving a medium or forgetting the chulula when someone orders a chicken chorizo wrap. I'm on my way to work. I don't have time to turn back for a sauce packet.So i'm forced to eat lunch without it other than that. Still a great place
