The minus one star is for the app. It is a PAIN to use gift cards on the app if you don't have the exact amount needed to cover your order. Splitting the payment is so complicated its not worth it. I like using the app because I have a big family so its easier to get everyone's order done that way and have it ready ahead of time. I could call it in but I do wish they would make the payment portion of the app easier to navigate. Otherwise the food is always delicious...
I had ordered a couple of sandwiches to go and when I had gotten home, I realized that the sandwiches weren’t made correctly. I called the store to see if there was a way to get them remade and spoke to the GM, Nikki, who ABOVE and BEYOND in order to make sure we got the sandwiches we had ordered. She made two of the best subs we’ve ever ordered from this location. I greatly appreciated her time and effort and I just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves, as food/customer...
Pickup order was ready when I got there which was great, but definitely not double portions like I ordered. It's barely even a regular portion. It's like I ordered double portions, and out of spite someone decided to do the opposite. Kinda disappointed today.
