The drive thru worker was very pleasant and friendly. It was really busy during the supper rush but I didn't have to wait a long time to order or to get my food. My meal was delicious with nice hot fries.

Love their butter burgers and cheese curds. Every thing is made fresh. It's definitely worth the wait. Can't go without getting their ice cream too.Parking: Lots of spots. Spots for also waiting for your food. Labeled 1 through 5.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly there for kids and kids meals.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to the door on the side of the building near the drive thru.

On the way back from Green Bay stopped on Feb 29 at 7:00. Ordered one kids meal butter burg. er no cheese and a single butterburburger no cheese for dine in. We waited over 20 minutes, went up to counter and they said they gave my order to drive thru. When we received meal, both had cheese on them. My husband ate his, I returned mine, waited and again it had cheese on it. I ate it .....When I went back up for custard, I asked if I could have a double for all the hassle and ultimate not getting what we ordered. The manager wouldn't do it. The general manager did so reluctantly, no one apologizing or understanding my frustration. They all asked us to leave. I am almost 70, never swore, yes, I raised my voice after three futile attempts to simply have a burger, never asked for a refund. Very poorly trained staff, Noone tried to make it right. We won't be back.
