Worst food ever at a DQ. Ordered a 6 piece Honey BBQ Chicken strip basket. The chicken strips were barely warm, the fires not warm at all, the texas toast was dry and crusty. The only thing good was the drink.
I gave my mother a coupon to be used at this location (address was listed on it). They made the sundae and she presented the coupon. They said the coupon was too “old.” they had a management change and couldn’t honor it. The coupon did not have an expiration date. They would rather throw away the food than honor an “old” unexpired coupon. Unacceptable. Will never support this location again.
