Today, I found myself at a local establishment, filled with hope for a pleasant dining experience. However, my visit turned into a frustrating ordeal that underscores the critical importance of quality service in the hospitality industry. Upon arrival, the atmosphere felt uninviting and unwelcoming. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, I was left waiting for over 30 minutes without even a nod from the staff. The lack of attention was alarming; it quickly became apparent that no one was taking orders, which is a fundamental responsibility in the service industry. As I waited, I observed the staff's interactions with other patrons, and it was clear that their training was insufficient. There was a palpable ignorance regarding customer needs, and the staff appeared overwhelmed over an auto accident on the Interstate, which primarly should had not interfere the quality of service. This not only affected the service but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere that deterred enjoyment. In any hospitality setting, the effective training of staff is crucial. Employees should be equipped to engage with guests promptly and courteously, ensuring that their needs are met. Unfortunately, this establishment fell short on numerous counts. The neglect experienced during my visit serves as a reminder that every aspect of service training is vital; anything less can greatly impact the overall dining experience. In conclusion, the experience I endured was disappointing and indicative of larger issues within the service framework of the establishment. Quality service is essential in fostering a positive atmosphere for patrons. If a restaurant cannot manage the fundamental task of taking orders and providing drinks in a timely and courteous manner, it raises concerns about its ability to succeed in the competitive hospitality landscape. I hope this message serves as a call to action for businesses to prioritize proper training and create an inviting environment for all customers. If anyone is considering visiting this establishment, I encourage you to weigh these points carefully before making your decision. I will definitely not return to this establishment ever.

This place is great for breakfast . Cant believe it took us this long to stop and try it . Very good soups also .

Stopped by for a lunch on the road, didnt realize it was a diner vibe which isnt usually our thing.
However, iur server was quick and friendly and the food was surprisingly very good. Even the tomatoes were of good quality and flavor and im not usually a fan. The portions were huge for a lunch; our sandwiches came with fries, soup, and bread!
Atmosphere was the disappointing thing, no music and the bar was not used. We were sat next to a buffet that looks like it is used for brunch, it was still dirty and the linen skirt was hanging off

First time we have ever walked out of a restaurant. It was not busy. We were seated at 8:15, we walked out at 8:29. During that time, multiple tables were seated around us and had their orders taken. Meanwhile, we sat with nothing but menus. Several servers stared at us at our empty table, but no one interacted with us. We won’t return.
