They are so short of employees that it takes a little longer. Everything is fresh though and the employee was friendly. I felt bad for the few employees that were doing well beyond their specific duties.
Overall, okay for a quick bite to eat. The seating arrangements are a bit annoying on busy days. They got rid of their ketchup dispenser and ONLY have packets now, dine-in or drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Has a decent size indoor playground with ball pit.

Food was OK. The drive-thru lady was horrible. She interrupted every sentence I spoke. She handed back my debit card so quickly I couldn't ask for a receipt. When she handed the bag of food out, I asked for the receipt and she lied, saying it was in the bag. It was not.
