It would have been 5 stars across the board but of course it's the 2nd burger king we stopped at and NO NEW NUGGETS.
I wanted to get the promotional bacon cheeseburger today with an order of $3 or more, but I had to do it online. I couldn't just go to the drive-thru like a normal person and order it that way. I needed to go back to the parking lot, sit there, make the order online, then go through the drive-thru. Why do we have to jump through so many hoops? Why can't we participate in the promotions and offers without having to pre-order and prepay? My friends and I don't understand this.
Today was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a Burger King! The food presentation was on point and the customer service was top-notch. Lots to be proud of here in Fond du Lac.
