I understand sometimes things get overlooked, but either they are not listening or you need to change the drive thru people. This is twice now I ordered a turkey SLIM and got a turkey Tom. I live several miles out of town and it's disgusting I have to toss my meal in the garbage because I didn't get what I ordered.
I normally have no issues. Today I placed an order through the app at 6:13pm and received a notification it was accepted 8 minutes later. At 7pm I finally got a message saying our food was on the way. By 7:30pm, I was getting irritated so I called to check on the order. The answer I received was unacceptable in my opinion. 15 minutes later our food arrived. An hour and a half for 2 subs? I will likely be going elsewhere from now on.
