Went thru drive thru early this afternoon, ordered a 4 piece combo. All four pieces were like shoe leather, all dried outI was very disappointed and I live in Oshkosh so was unable to go back to the store. The girl at the window was very pleasant. It was the food that was ?.
They are doing great with the relaunch. They did mess up our order and i noticed when i got home. I called them and they corrected it immediately. An extra ten minute drive there and ten minutes back was worth it.The only problem i saw was an irrate door dash driver raising a storm because during their rush hour they needed an extra 10 minutes to put more chicken down. Every once in a while you crave KFC. We ordered take out online and we were the only car at the restaurant for 30 minutes. The chicken tenders were so dry, they were damn near breaded jerky. The fries had clearly been sitting for who knows how long. It's sad when you have to look forward to eating the side cole slaw. To say we were disappointed, was an under statement.
