Every once in a while you crave KFC. We ordered take out online and we were the only car at the restaurant for 30 minutes. The chicken tenders were so dry, they were damn near breaded jerky. The fries had clearly been sitting for who knows how long. It's sad when you have to look forward to eating the side cole slaw. To say we were disappointed, was an under statement.

Went thru drive thru early this afternoon, ordered a 4 piece combo. All four pieces were like shoe leather, all dried outI was very disappointed and I live in Oshkosh so was unable to go back to the store. The girl at the window was very pleasant. It was the food that was ?.

They are doing great with the relaunch. They did mess up our order and i noticed when i got home. I called them and they corrected it immediately. An extra ten minute drive there and ten minutes back was worth it.The only problem i saw was an irrate door dash driver raising a storm because during their rush hour they needed an extra 10 minutes to put more chicken down. The staff held it together offering extra food for the wait. The guy stormed out in a huff.Then i was up for the missed tenders. She met me with a smile and didn't drag the negatively through. Great job

Haven't been here in a while thought I'd give it a try food was nasty the crispy chicken was real dark maybe over cooked or cooked in bad oil and the bun was hard as a rock. I should have known better they have gone down hill.

I went inside to order and I could hear people talking but NOBODY came to the counter. The door even slammed when i came in.There was no prepped food and no signs about the cheese thing they have except for outside.

Got KFC delivered as my son wanted to try the new chitzza and I decided to do a 6pc meal deal and all the chicken myself and little one tried barely could eat much of it as it either tasted funny or bc it wasn’t looking right posted picture to prove what all the pieces looked like.. I’ll never try this place again

Usually I am extremely dissatisfied with this location, but tonight I went in during dinner and was very impressed. Just one guy working by himself it seemed like but he killed it. Food was good, he was fast, and he was very nice and it was kind of busy when we went too. Keep up the great service! :)

My grandson wanted to go for supper. We got a 12 piece chicken and 3 sides, which we got 2 mashed potatoes and coleslaw for 45 dollars total. The potatoes were awful and went to the garbage. The staff was pleasant. I will not go again. I think the price was not worth it at all.
We ordered three meals. One sandwich was missing, we didn't get our dipping sauce or forks. When we returned back, with our bag of food for our missing sandwich we were accused of lieing. So by the time they actually made the missing sandwich and we got our food it was luke warm at best.

I wouldn't let me leave anything below 1 star. I don't know how this place stays open. Tonight was 3 times in a row that we have tried to either eat here or get food from here. Tonight was told they are all out of chicken for tonight. Then why are you even open? Often times they are not open due to some unforeseen situation. If they are open, most times they are out of something, and it is usually something you were going to order. If they pull you forward make sure you check your order before they walk away. Multiple times after a long wait they come out with the wrong order. There are multiple cars pulled forward and it doesn't seem to matter the order in which you ordered. Food comes out in random order. We have taken this place off of our list of places to get food. It isn't worth it anymore.

I ordered an exclusive deal from the app that included an 8-piece chicken, 8-piece tender, 2 sides, fries, and 4 biscuits. I also ordered 4 additional biscuits. I set the order for 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:45pm, the app had indicated that my order was ready. When I arrived, they had a portion of my order boxed up but indicated that the entire order was not ready yet. After waiting for 10 minutes, they told me they were still waiting for the biscuits and offered me a substitute side. I declined and asked to just refund the extra biscuits. I was told they couldn't do that and was given a substitute of THEIR choice, not mine. When I got to my vehicle, my chicken and fries were cold. There were no biscuits at all. While I was waiting , I heard the manager say she was sick of running out of items. Clearly, this location is not monitoring their stock and planning ahead. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this location at all!!I called the corporate office to file a complaint. They refunded half the cost of my order and sent me a $10 gift card, even after I told them I would NOT return EVER!!! PLEASE SHUT THIA PLACE DOWN!!!

Wanted drive-thru at nite but their lights for their displays weren't on. Nobody answered when i pulled up and 2 people were standing around smoking weed at the entrance and starring at me so i didn't want to try the doors. Really wanted to try the new bowls but this location just fell way short of being an inviting and customer oriented place. Sad because the West Bend store closest to me closed so i wasted gas and time driving here for nothing

In 2021 after some disappointing visits my family and I stopped eating at the KFC in Fond Du Lac. Recently when driving past the sign out front said "under new management" so we decided to give it another shot. Well, whoever they got must be a true professional. Absolutely night and day difference from previous visits. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and the food was great and brought out unexpectedly quickly. Keep up the great work, I missed having a KFC nearby worth going to!
