This kfc is immaculate, the employees there do their best and I don’t even just mean their best, they DO AMAZING! They are truly like family and I love coming in and seeing everyone’s smiling faces while I eat the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life, my mawmaw’s chicken doesn’t even come close to this, juicy and just perfection every single time! Thanks KFC fond du lac!
What made my kfc taste great was the fact that it’s made fresh just for me every single time, I love that beautiful juicy crispy crust on that gorgeous chicken. It really makes my day and makes my tongue wiggle with joy. Great job on the chicken guys. I truly appreciate all the hard work of everyone who works there, they truly turned that store around and made it a fun trip to take the family for a lovely lunch! Please keep these employees they’re all you need to keep this store running amazing!

Sassy employee said they were slackers that’s why they didn’t have chicken pot pies again. I said I tried calling to order and no one answered, he said short staffed. I said well there’s no one in line and he said guess you’re last in line. I drove away without ordering. Never again.

Store is filthy doors windows all smudged up . Floors were filthy not long after opening time. No ice in drink machine. Food was OK but when I went to go to mens bathroom OOOOH MY GAWD !!! Got 3 feet in and the funk hit me had to turn around and walk back out. Smelled like 8 month's of poop and urine in there. It was all I could smell the rest of my trip home. Completely disgusting place . I would never go back again. And if a General manager or regional manger would except these conditions they are worthless. Health Department should have a field day with this place !!! P.S. I have had the hersey squirts since late last night !!!

Went through drive thru took 8 minutes for them to take my order, went up to windows, did not see anyone inside, waited 5 minutes tried to call while sitting at the windows, no answer, called a second time no answer, finally someone came to window took 3 minutes for them to get into cash register to except payment. Okay food, worst service i have ever seen. It's a wonder the fonddulac location is still operating.

We went there today from out of town and ordered our food to go a $60 order and got home and we are missing things in our order they where not busy only one other couple inside so no reason to miss anything and no I'm not driving 35 min to get what they forgot will not be going back to this location

I loved the coleslaw, but the chicken had to be old first time I ever had dried out Chicken from KFC, no butter, salt , pepper , or honey available for biscuits and I wasn't going home to eat it so it sucked
Horrible location save your time and most importantly money and go to a different location or food place altogether. Only thing edible were the sides. The drink tasted like chemicals, all chicken tenders super dry and small and the original chicken was soggy with dry chicken.

Ordered online because it says open until 9 pm. Order was placed, and paid for 8 pm pick up. Got there at 7:57 pm all the doors were locked with a sign that says closes at 8 pm. Called and all they said was to call customer service. Pretty irritated.
