Don't bother getting your order that you placed for delivery because they'll claim that they knocked, texted and called you even though nothing was recieved. Then mark that the order has been delivered on the app that you never got. Then when you call to speak to a manager to find out where your order is he's popping his mouth while eating on the phone with an immediate attitude problem.

i order here frequently but this time they forgot my sauces and drink so i called and they said they would bring me some and they brought me a decent sized pizza but still no drink or sauce. i appreciate the thought but i didn’t want another pizza i just wanted the drink and sauce. stupid to complaint about but its kinda frustrating that after waiting i still didn’t get what i asked for.

Have ordered Uber eats from here several times. Every time our first driver sits there for minimum 15 min after arriving. Then every time the first driver gives up and we’re assigned a second driver. Right now our second driver has been sitting there for 20 minutes. 10 min to arrive for the first driver + 15 min sitting there before they gave up + 5 min for a new driver + 5 min for them to get there + another 20 min STILL waiting for food. This is well over an hour to simply get ONE pizza out the door. This is our experience every time. What kind of train wreck is this location?

I get a text that my order is on it's way now mind you in the past I get dressed to go out and my pizza is here couple mins later this time I wait about 15 min before i talk to manager and he's acting like its no big deal but let me call driver ,5 min later driver rolls up with attitude and I'm like well I don't mind waiting but why did your system say you were on your way half hour ago? And she's like whatever my manager already talked to me, the pizza box is covered in grease stains and of course cold, some pieces are even missing cheese!!! I call the manager again and report all this and he claims all he can do is remake it or give me some kind of deal on my online account but honestly this was enough for me to end any future business. I work in food services, Ive worked at pizza places and this whole experience is unacceptable. Everyone from the driver to the manager seemed highly unqualified for their positions
